Jay-Z Adds More Shows To Barclay's Center Show Dates; Brooklyn Nets
But just to shine some light on the to shine some light on the team, they really needed a fresh new start. After the Nets ended their 2011-2012 season 22-44, last in the Atlantic Division, 12th overall in the Eastern Conference and failing to make the playoffs for the fifth consecutive season; superstar Deron Williams was about to call it quits. Even though Williams has only been with the Nets for a short period of time, the ringless All-Star wanted a championship, and thought the Nets roster plus three nice 2011 draft picks [Marshall Brooks, Bojan Bogdanovic, Jordan Williams] would get it done. But that wasn't the case.
Deron William's Highlights for the season
So with Brooklyn, New York being the Nets new home hopefully the old ways of losing were left in New Jersey. Jay-Z and the Nets organization have visually showed that better be the case as well. After talking Deron Williams into re-signing his contract of a 5-year $100 million, the Nets have been on a re-building or/and build around type of mission. Trying to create their very own 'Big 3'. They have convinced Joe Johnson of the Atlanta Hawks to come join Team Brooklyn and are still trying to get Dwight Howard o come join too.
With all this change for the better it seems as though Jay-Z may have been some what inspired [by himself] because his major show for the Brooklyn Nets new stadium has went from three shows to now eight. The show dates are September 28-30, October 1 & 3-6 and if your like me and must see at least one show with $30 to spare you can get yourself some stubs from here.
